1. Complete Dry Electrostatic Separation System
Full Process Flow
Constant-temperature component dismantling → Twin-shaft shear pre-shredding → Vertical impact ultrafine liberation crushing → Multi-stage air gravity classification → High-voltage electrostatic separation → Closed collection via negative-pressure pulse dust removal
Separation Mechanism
Multi-stage crushing achieves full monomeric liberation between metallic conductors and resin non-metallic substrates. It leverages the electrical property gap: copper, gold, silver and other metals are conductive, while fiberglass epoxy resin is insulating. Precise segregation is realized under high-voltage electrostatic field. The whole process consumes zero process water, uses no acid/alkali chemical additives and generates no liquid hazardous waste.
Fixed Technical Indicators
Stable comprehensive metal recovery rate of 98%–99%; coarse copper granule purity reaches 92%–96%. All dust is enclosed for centralized treatment, and exhaust gas emission complies with domestic and international environmental standards. The whole line adopts centralized PLC automatic control, requiring only 1–2 operators for a single production line.

Factories without supporting wastewater treatment stations, inland water-shortage regions, overseas markets with strict exhaust emission supervision such as Europe and America, and small & medium recyclers mainly processing standard computer & household appliance printed circuit boards.
2. Complete Wet Gravity Concentration System
Full Process Flow
PCB crushing & liberation → Hydraulic particle size classification → Jig rough concentration → 6S shallow-bed shaking table deep cleaning concentration → Non-metallic tailings filter-press dewatering → Process water sedimentation, purification & cyclic reuse
Separation Mechanism
Water serves as the separation medium. Stratified sorting is realized by the density difference among metals, glass fiber and epoxy resin. It delivers superior capture performance for micron-scale gold & silver fine particles that are hard to recover via dry processes, offsetting the fine metal loss drawback of dry separation. Equipped with integrated water purification and filter-press modules, the cyclic utilization rate of process water exceeds 95%, and minimal discharged wastewater can reach discharge standards after on-site treatment.
Fixed Technical Indicators
The comprehensive metal recovery rate also stabilizes at 98%–99%. It recovers a higher proportion of micro precious metals and produces metal concentrates with higher purity than dry lines. Supporting compliant wastewater treatment facilities is a mandatory precondition.

Large-scale standardized recycling enterprises with self-owned wastewater treatment qualifications, whose raw materials are dominated by high-gold-silver mobile phone PCBs, copper-clad plate scraps and precision communication baseboard substrates.
