Jiangxi Mingxin Shredder Series is our core equipment line for solid waste recycling and resource recovery, covering four main models: single-shaft, double-shaft, four-shaft and hard disk shredders, tailored to different material characteristics and capacity requirements.

The single-shaft shredder features densely arranged high-alloy blades and a hydraulic pusher, operating at low speed with high torque to efficiently process small-to-medium materials such as wires, cables, plastic films and rubber lumps. The double-shaft shredder, our flagship model, uses counter-rotating shafts with PLC intelligent control and overload protection to handle complex materials like appliance casings, tires and metal drums. The four-shaft shredder adopts a two-stage coarse and fine shredding structure with uniform output size, designed for large and tough materials including car bodies, bulky wood and scrap metal. The hard disk shredder focuses on low-noise, high-security destruction, thoroughly crushing hard disks, SSDs, USB drives and other storage media to make data unrecoverable, ideal for confidential office recycling scenarios.

All models are equipped with wear-resistant alloy steel blades with special heat treatment for long service life and impact resistance. Standard features include variable frequency drive and intelligent protection systems for low energy consumption and high safety. Customizable specifications such as feed opening size, power and output particle size are available to meet diverse solid waste treatment needs of global customers.
