Process flow: Charged Crushing → Closed High-temperature Pyrolysis → Multi-stage Screening → Air Classification → Negative-pressure Environmental Dust Removal.
The whole production adopts full dry processing without water washing or addition of any chemical reagents.
The equipment safely feeds and crushes spent power and energy-storage lithium batteries with residual electricity. Closed high-temperature pyrolysis removes organic electrolyte and separator organics from battery cells to eliminate flammability and explosion risks. Pyrolyzed mixed materials go through multi-stage screening and air classification for fine separation to effectively recover valuable materials including black powder, copper foil and aluminum foil.
The full production line runs continuously under fully automatic closed and negative-pressure conditions. Organic components are thoroughly stripped via high-temperature pyrolysis to avoid volatile pollution of electrolyte at source. Featuring high process safety and superior sorting purity of finished materials, the system is applicable to standardized large-scale resource recovery of waste lithium batteries.
