Front-end Waste Battery Recycling & Sorting Unit
The front-end waste lead-acid battery recycling and sorting equipment adopts fully enclosed negative-pressure mechanical shredding, gravity separation, air classification and acid mist purification based on full physical processes. It automatically dismantles automotive starter batteries, energy storage lead-acid batteries and industrial spent lead batteries to efficiently separate four products: lead paste, lead grids, PP plastics and waste electrolyte.
Operating under full enclosed negative pressure and equipped with comprehensive treatment systems for waste gas, waste liquid and solid residues, the line prevents dust leakage and excessive acid mist emission with qualified environmental compliance, high automation and superior sorting purity.
Back-end Complete Secondary Lead Smelting Equipment
The matched back-end smelting lineup includes sealed rotary furnaces, refining furnaces, impurity & desulfurization units, flue gas purification systems and ingot casting facilities. Pre-sorted lead paste and lead feedstock undergo low-temperature high-efficiency smelting, desulfurization and refining to eliminate impurities such as sulfur, iron and copper for high-purity secondary lead ingots.
