Jiangxi Mingxin dedicated recycling line is designed exclusively for waste televisions and refrigerators, equipped with two mature physical processes: dry electrostatic separation and wet gravity concentration. It separates copper, aluminum, iron and precious metals from plastic, glass and polyurethane foam, maintaining a stable comprehensive metal recovery rate of 98%-99%. Dry or wet process can be selected according to factory water supply, environmental approval standards and precious metal content of raw materials. The whole line adopts full PLC automatic control with customizable hourly capacity. We provide raw material sorting test, worldwide on-site installation and full-cycle technical support.

I. Technical Principles & Application Scope of Two Separation Processes

This production line is customized for composite scraps of waste televisions and refrigerators, equipped with two independent complete separation processes. Both processes achieve a unified comprehensive metal recovery rate of 98%–99%. Their distinctions only lie in three dimensions: capture efficiency of micro fine precious metals, factory environmental supporting facilities and applicable raw material scenarios, with no conflicting technical parameters.

1. Complete Dry Electrostatic Separation System

Full Process Flow

Harmless recovery of refrigerator refrigerant + safe pre-treatment of TV screens → Twin-shaft shear coarse shredding → Vertical impact ultrafine liberation crushing → Multi-stage air gravity classification → High-voltage electrostatic separation → Closed collection via negative-pressure pulse dust removal

Separation Mechanism

Multi-stage crushing realizes complete monomeric liberation of metal components (refrigerator copper tubes, iron shells, TV circuit board metals) from non-metallic substrates including plastic, glass and thermal insulation foam. Precise layered separation is realized under high-voltage electrostatic field by utilizing the electrical property difference between conductive metals and insulating non-metallic materials.
 
The whole process consumes zero water without acid or alkali chemical additives, generating no liquid hazardous waste. Matched with closed modules for harmless treatment of foam and refrigerant, all waste gas and dust are processed in a closed-loop system.

Fixed Technical Indicators

Stable comprehensive metal recovery rate of 98%–99%; separation purity of copper, aluminum and iron reaches 92%–97%. The whole line adopts centralized PLC automatic control, requiring only 1–2 operators for a single line, with a low threshold for environmental approval.

Applicable Scenarios

Factories without supporting wastewater treatment stations, inland water-shortage regions, overseas markets with strict exhaust emission supervision such as Europe and America; small and medium-sized recyclers that mass-process ordinary household refrigerators, LCD and traditional CRT televisions.

2. Complete Wet Gravity Concentration System

Full Process Flow

Appliance crushing & liberation → Hydraulic particle size classification → Jig rough concentration & enrichment → Deep cleaning concentration via 6S shallow-bed shaking table → Filter-press dewatering of plastic/foam tailings → Sedimentation, purification & cyclic reuse of process water

Separation Mechanism

Water serves as the separation medium. Stratified purification is realized based on density differences among metals, plastic, glass and polyurethane foam. It delivers superior capture performance for micron-scale gold and silver fine particles embedded in TV mainboards and inverter refrigerator control boards, offsetting the drawback of fine precious metal loss in dry separation.
 
Equipped with integrated water purification and filter-press modules, the cyclic utilization rate of process water is ≥95%, and a small volume of discharged wastewater can reach emission standards after treatment.

Fixed Technical Indicators

The comprehensive metal recovery rate also stabilizes at 98%–99%, and the grade of precious metal concentrates is higher than that of dry separation products. The factory must be equipped with compliant wastewater treatment facilities for commissioning.

Applicable Scenarios

Large-scale standardized recycling enterprises with self-owned wastewater treatment qualifications, whose raw materials are dominated by high-end smart TVs and inverter air-cooled refrigerators.

II. Standardized Universal Modules of the Whole Line (Shared by TV & Refrigerator Processing)

  1. Harmless Pre-treatment Unit: Closed refrigerant recovery unit, safe TV screen dismantling device, negative-pressure polyurethane foam removal equipment. It conducts harmless disposal of refrigerator freon and lead-containing TV glass to avoid air pollution.
  2. Liberation Crushing Unit: Combined heavy-duty shear-impact crusher, compatible with mixed materials including refrigerator steel shells, heat dissipation copper tubes, TV screen frames and circuit boards. It thoroughly dissociates metals from non-metallic substrates to prevent metal encapsulation.
  3. Core Separation Unit: Dry line matched with high-voltage electrostatic separator set; Wet line equipped with jig concentrator + 6S shaking table gravity separation unit.
  4. Environmental Supporting Unit: Fully enclosed negative-pressure pulse dust removal system; Wet line additionally equipped with sludge filter press and circulating water sedimentation & purification tank.
  5. Intelligent Control Unit: Integrated PLC electric control cabinet, which monitors equipment load, metal separation purity, waste gas and wastewater discharge conditions in real time and supports remote fault diagnosis.
