Jiangxi Mingxin Shaking Table Series is wet-type mineral processing equipment based on gravity separation principle. By combining the reciprocating asymmetric motion of the bed surface with transverse water flow, mineral particles of different densities are layered by specific gravity for precise separation.

The equipment mainly consists of the bed surface, frame, transmission mechanism, water tank and feeding device. The bed surface is made of FRP, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant for long service life. The eccentric connecting rod transmission mechanism ensures stable operation with adjustable stroke and frequency, adapting to different particle sizes. During operation, materials are fed into the bed through the feeding chute. Under the combined action of water flow and bed vibration, light minerals are discharged transversely with the water, while heavy minerals move longitudinally along the bed and are discharged from the concentrate end, producing multiple products including concentrate, middlings and tailings simultaneously.
