Tesla Motors (Beijing) Co., Ltd.​ (formerly Tuosule Automobile Sales (Beijing) Co., Ltd./ "拓速乐"), incorporated in November 2012 in Chaoyang District, Beijing, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) 100% held by Tesla Motors Hong Kong Limited​ and serves as Tesla, Inc.'s key China sales, service and market operation entity. The company's business scope covers: sales of Tesla electric vehicles (Model S/3/X/Y, Cybertruck pre-order where applicable), genuine parts & accessories, Tesla Supercharger / Home Charging equipment sales & installation, energy storage products (Powerwall / Megapack) and solar solutions, EV charging infrastructure operation, used-car brokerage, and technical / after-sales consulting services. It also undertakes local marketing communications, PR and government liaison functions for Tesla's Greater China operations. Tesla China has participated in every edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE)​ since its inception, with Tesla Motors (Beijing) Co., Ltd. acting as the filing and co-organizing entity for Tesla's national pavilion presence.
