The Beijing China-Germany Economic and Technological Cooperation Demonstration Zone is the first German and European centric cooperation zone officially approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and operated under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Municipal Government. Focusing on the development of New-Energy Intelligent Automobile, Intelligent Equipment, Digital Economy, and Advanced Manufacturing Services, the park has gathered more than 120 German-funded enterprises such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Bosch. It is an important carrier for the construction of Beijing's ""Two Districts ""and a significant platform that establishes a center for international exchange and scientific and technological innovation.
