China Carbon Emissions Registration and Clearing Co., Ltd. is (hereinafter referred to as "CRC") authorized by MEE, led by Hubei Province and jointly established by eight provinces and municipalities. It provides services such as carbon allowances registration, carbon allowances allocation, clearing and compliance and transaction clearing for the ecological and environmental departments at all levels and all kinds of trading entities across the country. It is a national infrastructure platform for ecological civilization construction, a core element market to achieve the dual-carbon goals, and an exhibition window for China's active response to climate change.
