WHEE,first known as Wuxi Boiler Works,was established in August 1958,listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SH.600475)in July 2003,and completed major assets restructuring in June 2017 by absorbing Wuxi Guolian Environmental Energy Group,which was one of the main industrial entities held by Wuxi Guolian Development Group pertaining investment and entities operating.In June 2020,the company altered its name to Wuxi Huaguang Environment &Energy Group Co.,LTD.At present,it has 33 invested subsidiaries and more than 4,000 employees.
