Silicone, refractory materials for busbars, thermal conductive silicone materials for charging guns, high-performance thermal conductive materials for chip packaging, and silicon-based liquid cooling working fluids

The refractory material for busbars is specially designed for the insulating and refractory layer of electric vehicle busbars. It boasts multiple excellent properties such as low-temperature flexibility (-40℃), high-temperature stability (150℃/300h), voltage resistance and insulation (leakage current <1mA@3800V DC), and fire resistance (maintaining insulation after 1200℃/30 minutes). These properties can significantly enhance the safety and reliability of busbars.

The thermal conductive silicone material for charging guns is a world-first new product. Applied in electric vehicle charging systems, this material features high thermal conductivity and excellent comprehensive physical properties, which can effectively solve the overheating problem of charging systems.

Wacker's high-performance thermal conductive materials are characterized by high thermal conductivity, excellent bonding performance, and low modulus for stress absorption, which can prevent chip warpage and are used in flip-chip TIM1. Wacker's high-performance thermal conductive greases, on the other hand, have the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, and good stability, and can be used in chip TIM2.

Silicon-based liquid cooling working fluids: With the explosive development of big data and AI, traditional air cooling can no longer meet the heat dissipation needs of AI servers and data centers. The liquid cooling silicone oil developed by Wacker has the advantages of low viscosity, high flash point, and high specific heat capacity, making it suitable for liquid cooling. Wacker's silicon-based liquid cooling technology enables efficient thermal management, thereby reducing operating costs and improving the overall efficiency of the system.
